  1. “Bright Colors” is a Brand under RudraShakti Technosoft Pvt Ltd Company incorporated under the applicable laws of India. By using our services, website and application you are accepting and abide by the terms and conditions. You are requested to please read these terms of use carefully and make sure that you understand all before placing an order and taking our services.
    These Terms will apply to any Order we accept from you via the App, online order, home pick & delivery or visiting personally at store. We may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use and conditions at any time without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App after we have posted changes to these Terms of Use means that you agree to be bound and abide by the changes, so please check the Terms of Use regularly for any changes.
    The term “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Bright Colors” shall mean RudraShakti Technosoft Private Limited.
  2. All content on the website and application is the sole property of RudraShakti Technosoft Pvt. Ltd Under government copyright act and other applicable laws. Use of Graphics, Logo, name or any other material is strictly restricted. Copying or using the contents in any manner without consent is strictly prohibited and will attract to legal action. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, the Company takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

  5. E.All quoted prices are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax and are subject to change without notice. All bills must be paid at the time of collection of garments. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that We have accepted before the change. We reserve the right to retain your goods until payment in full is received.
  6. Minimum order criteria are fixed at Rs. 200 by company.  No order will be entertained without minimum order criteria for pick-up and delivery. The same criteria can be changed without any prior notice. 
  7. We are committed and put our best efforts to deliver on time, however  there may be any delay due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will notified you about it and approximate timings. You are requested to please check upon delivery. As after delivery we will have no responsibility of lost or damaged. No complaint shall be entertained after it.
    Delivery of the goods must be taken within 15 days from the date of booking after that we are not responsible for any damage or loss and no complaint is entertained in this regard.
  8. The pick time will be confirmed by the company agent via app or call. In case this service is not available, the day should be considered irrespective of the timing. In case of a No-Show, the customer shall pay 50rs for every time of No-show both in case of Pick-up and delivery. Cancellation should be made within 30 minutes of the pick-up. If a person cancels more than 5 times in a month company is liable to cancel his membership without any notice.
    We are trying our level best to provide our customers with world-class service. Due to some technical issues, rescheduling is not available; the customer can cancel and place the order again.
  9. The company provides a package system for the premium members only. You are requested to read and understand the terms and conditions of the package carefully as what is covered and what is not covered in the selected package.
  10. We are not responsible for damage to cloths due to bleeding of color, fastness, damage to embellishments/embroidery work, shrinkage or if the fabric expands on the garments during process. You are requested to please check every item before pick-up and delivery as the company is not responsible for any damage.
    Moreover, if the item is damaged by us, the company can pay 10 times the cost of processing irrespective of brand, colour, fabric & condition etc. All subjects are under Jaipur jurisdiction only.
    Starch will be done on customer risk.
    If we found that any Cloth is damaged, we shall intimate you and the same will  be processed only after customer’ consent or will be returned within 2 days.
  11. While it is never our intention for an item to go missing, occasionally it can happen. If this is the case, please let us know immediately by calling our customer experience team at 7877860006 or by emailing them at brightcolorsjpr@gmail.com and No Items will be considered lost after 10 days. If In case it happens The Company will pay 10 times of the processing charge of the lost item irrespective of the brand, colour, fabric & condition etc. All subjects are under Jaipur jurisdiction only.
  12. We are a reputed company in the field of cleaning and dedicated to customer service in best way possible but there may be errors as a human being.
    We follow the International Fabric care claims guide in the matter of damaged or lost items/package. In case we are unable to find the lost item or damaged item we will give 10 times the cost of service of the item and in the case of the package 10 times the cost of dry clean of that particular item.
    Please note that after settlement, the garment or the item will be the property of RudraShakti Technosoft pvt ltd and the same will be used for Research and development purposes, so that damage won’t happen in future.
    If the customer doesn’t agree to take compensation on the above guild lines, the customer can get a service package (Dry clean/ Lau ndry) present on that very shop of the half for less the price quoted by the customer.
    Amount will be decided by the company or Franchise store owner only.
  13. We use world class Dryers. Please inform in advance if you prefer to use hand/Hang dry.
  14. The company use best-in-class liquid detergent and conditioners which are antifungal and antibacterial solutions. We have achieved a benchmark in Hygiene laundry. If a customer has some allergies please inform customer care or the agent.
    The company holds no responsibility for medical conditions.
  15. We put our best effort to remove spot or stains. But we do not give any guarantee for 100 % removal and we will not be responsible for any stubborn and un-removable stains. All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
    We have strict quality control system but in some odd scenarios if a spot/ stain remains and if company feels a genuine case, the customer can claim our re-cleaning policies once. If the spot is not removed customer has to opt for wet- a clean or dry-clean procedure. The customer has to inform us within 1 hour of the delivery. Re- cleaning will only be done at the time of the next pick-up no special Pickup will be made for re-cleaning.
  16. The company holds no responsibility for the valuable items left at the time of pick-up.
    Bright Colors does not take responsibility for any items such as paper, purse, credit/debit cards, rings, gold items, watches, money, cell phones etc. forget/left in the pick-up bag at the time of pick-up.  Please check each and every pocket and every item in the advance. However,  company will try to search it, and  if found the same will be returned it but in no case, reimbursement shall be given, No matter what the item was and no complaint shall be entertained in any condition.
  17. RudraShakti Technosoft Pvt. Ltd can terminate any user for:-
    1. Misbehavior with the Staff or any person related directly or indirectly to the company.
    2. Don’t pay the bill.
    3. Cancel order 5 times a week.
    4. Other unseen conditions.
      The company also reserved the right to cancel the membership without any notice. No complaint shall be entertained in this matter.
  18.  Any membership taken is non-transferable. The company can deny any customer membership without any reason. It’s the will of the company to give the membership. At some cases Membership is transferable to spouses only.  The customer has to show some proof id if asked
    Membership has an expiry date. The company may or may not extend the date of expiry.
  19. Offers and coupons codes are for a temporary period. Read the expiry date before applying. However, company reserves the right to withdraw any offer or coupon at any time without prior notice.
  20.  The tax shall be as per the government of India. Payment shall be made in advance for the package system. If the customer has taken the service/ package he has to pay for it no matter if he is satisfied or not. In package system no refund will be given if he choose to discontinue.  Any denial of payment is subject to judicial trial. All matters of the complaint are under Jaipur’s jurisdiction.
  21.  The company can deny any service to any person without any reason or notice. 
  22.  By using the website application or taking our products and services you give your consent to all our terms and condition and privacy policies.
  23.  The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to change ant terms and conditions of use, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the Service or the website of use at any time without giving notice. 
  24.  ALL DISPUTES ARE TO BE SETTLED IN JAIPUR COURT JURISDICTION ONLY.
